Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once accepted) and place a separate purchase for the new item.
Timeframes

Return timeframe: If the return is accepted, the returned product will be delivered (or processed) within 7-10 business days.

Replacement timeframe: If a replacement is accepted, the new product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Exchange timeframe: If an exchange is accepted, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us for assistance.
